How do I complete a warranty return if my blower is defective?

First, call us at 1-800-848-3077.
Inform us of the blower being returned, as well as the date of manufacturing.
Once that is done, we will provide you with an RGA number which you use to fill out this Air Supply RGA Form.
After filling out the form, put it in a box with the blower and ship it to the following address: 1950 NW 15th st pompano beach FL, 33069.

I drilled a quarter inch hole in the PVC pipe below my blower and when I run my water pump, water comes out of the hole even though it is well above water level. What should I do?

You have too much back pressure from the water pump which forces water back into the air line.

Check your water jets to make sure they are all open.
 If you recently changed your water pump with a higher horsepower water pump, it may be too big for your system, causing water to back up into the air line. Try putting in larger eyeballs in the water jets to reduce pressure.

How long can I run my blower?

It is recommended that you run the air blower only when you are in the spa, usually about 30 minutes at a time.
